Exchange and Return Policy
To start the return process, please send an email to support@shopmaiya.co with order number and reason for exchange or return.
EXCHANGES
~ We accept exchanges within 30 days from shipment
~ Exchanges available on the same item in a smaller or larger size
~ For all exchanges, a return shipping label will be provided and replacement item will be shipped for free.
RETURNS
~ Returns are accepted within 30 days from shipment. Unfortunately we are unable to honor a return outside of the 30 day return period.
~ Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached and folded neatly.
~ Shipping costs and custom duties/taxes on returned items are non-refundable. We strongly recommend choosing a trackable shipping service.
~ We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. As we are a small team please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item.
~ Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. This includes cancelling or swapping of any sizes or items within your order. Rest assured we do have a flexible returns policy should you receive your order and it’s not quite right for you.
~ We are unable to offer price adjustments for promotions and discounts. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before a promotion commenced or after it has concluded.
~ Please note Maiya takes full responsibility for incorrectly supplied items. Should there be such an issue with your order please email our customer service team support@shopmaiya.co

LOST OR MISSING RETURNS
Lost or missing returns are not the responsibility of Maiya. We strongly advise to use a trackable return shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to us safely.
